206. Feels good because I snacked a little yesterday. Funny thing was I knew I didn’t want those items that weren’t on my food list. But I ate them any way. I am pleased with my progress however. I can finally tell the difference between what I want and don’t want. Just because I have enjoyed those items in the past doesn’t mean I need them now or in my future. I have other things to hold my time and interest me.

Got lots of exercise yesterday painting 2 rooms of the house. The next 3 days I will stay at home so I will need alternative exercise means.
