There is nothing like waking up to a bad number. I know I did everything in my power to exercise and eat well yesterday and still the number today is 207. Disappointing for sure. But 207 is not the value of my life and it doesn’t take into account stress, salt, exercise.

But still just one day throws me into a loop. Should I be eating differently? Should I find another exercise plan? I really should go back to once a week weigh ins because daily make me neurotic.

I’m not too upset this morning. I have an interview on Friday and we’ve been planning house colors and appliances for Thursday. I hope everything goes well.

As far as weight loss, I’m just going to stick to my 1500 plan and keep walking and lifting weights or doing videos and see what happens.
